Starting at home
At Cabify, we’ve made a commitment, both as a company and as a team, that motivates us every day. At both a corporate and personal level, we need to create an environment of enrichment and respect where everyone wins. That includes employees, drivers, and those around us.
The essence of all the people who move Cabify is embodied in our vision of technology as a means to positively transform our cities, in our mission to make these urban areas more livable by offering sustainable alternatives to private vehicles, and in our principles that guide our ways of working. And to ensure that we’re all moving in the same direction, our internal policies set the path to follow
We share our principles internally, as well as with our passengers and the people who drive with Cabify. We also have an Ethical Channel that enables us to anonymously report any behavior that deviates from our principles.

The engine that keeps us rolling is the people who make Cabify a reality, both employees and collaborators. Some of the abilities that characterize us are professionalism, talent, motivation, and commitment. And we’re not lacking in modesty either. Being sustainable and striving for a better future requires the best version of ourselves.
We know that if we want to retain the best employees, we must work for their happiness. So, we internally analyze the perception of the company and the work environment to continue improving and taking the best care possible of our team. Because offering stable and quality work is the tip of the iceberg.
We encourage team building and cross-departmental knowledge through internal programs and with a designated training budget for each employee. In case there is a vacancy, we try to fill it with Cabify candidates, thus promoting growth within the company. We also keep in mind those who make their living behind the wheel and strive to implement technological improvements to enhance their performance and offer new service options.
Our differences make us stronger. That’s why we have a zero-tolerance policy for any act of intolerance. In addition, we have our Diversity Committee, which is comprised of employees. This body seeks to give visibility, voice, and vote to all the groups that make up this great family. We also work for equality between men and women with our Equality Plan to advance in the balance between workers in our offices.
Internally, we have local initiatives ranging from facilitating access to private health insurance, safety training, and activities to promote a healthy lifestyle, and sports. However. we especially, look after the welfare of those who drive with Cabify, working to be the safest application, with improvements such as the Safety Button.
