We share our principles internally, as well as with our passengers and the people who drive with Cabify. We also have an Ethical Channel that enables us to anonymously report any behavior that deviates from our principles.

We encourage team building and cross-departmental knowledge through internal programs and with a designated training budget for each employee. In case there is a vacancy, we try to fill it with Cabify candidates, thus promoting growth within the company.
