Cabify, in its commitment to making cities better places to live, works to make all its digital interfaces more accessible.
This commitment drives us to pursue a sufficient level of accessibility for all people, regardless of their abilities. Our goal is to comply with Royal Decree 1112/2018, which incorporates Directive (EU) 2016/2102 on the accessibility of websites and mobile applications of the public sector.
The website is partially compliant with accessibility requirements due to the exceptions detailed below.
The following elements do not meet accessibility requirements:
We are working on an update to our brand color palette to meet the legal color contrast requirements and adapt to new navigation methods such as dark mode.
Some job offers are written partly or entirely in other language. In some cases, these content blocks lack language markup. We are working to resolve this issue.
Because not all content is generated from the same source, there are heading structures and other semantic marks that contain minor errors. None of these errors create a severe barrier to the browsing experience.
There are elements that cannot be focused using the keyboard or that lack a semantic identifier as a link or button but function as such. The rest of the website content complies with accessibility standards, allowing for an inclusive experience for all users.
There are some links whose identifier is not entirely clear outside their context.
Some image descriptions are not sufficient to understand the purpose of the visual content. Since no image is of critical importance, we consider this barrier can be resolved in the future without making the browsing experience completely inaccessible.
The rest of the website content complies with accessibility standards, allowing for an inclusive experience for all users.
This evaluation was carried out using automated tools such as Wave and other automated tools.
In addition, behavioral testing and barrier detection were conducted using Safari 18.x on macOS 15 with VoiceOver; Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome with NVDA and Jaws on Windows 11.
