The return of a lost item incurs a fee of 10 euros, which will be paid in full to the driver as compensation for their time.
In times of high demand, an additional cost could be added to the final price of the trip. This cost can be previously consulted in the application once the destination has been entered. It also applies for reservations. Cancellation times, tolls and other extras are not affected.

Cabify Lite, in business accounts will be applied an additional 7% to the price / km and price / minute detailed in the previous rates.
Cabify Kids to move with children, includes a Group 1-2-3 chair. 2nd chair or Group 0 not available. Consult policy of transfer of minors in our Help Center.
The fares shown above are the base price and do not include elements such as the Service fee, cash payment supplement* or the high demand supplement that, if applicable, will be shown in the app before you order the journey.
*This supplement applies only to travel with cash payment, maximum amount € 0.20.
However, bear in mind that the final price can be affected by the following factors: a change in your itinerary after ordering the journey, intermediate stops*, tolls, waiting time and and supplements.
*If the driver had to wait for you more than 5 minutes or made a stop for you during the journey, there may be an additional charge up to 1.14€ under ‘Waiting Time’ (only applicable to private users)
